Users of VetEnvoy services or PMS connected via VetEnvoy may receive a message indicating credentials are incorrect. This generally means the PIN submitted by your system does not match the PIN that Chipworks has on record. This can be resolved by contacting email@example.com and mentioning the chip number and the approximate time when the message appeared. We will revise the PIN on record and inform you when the registration can be re-entered.
